Yesterday evening was time spent in the company of beautiful, haunting music. We went to hear Danielle Hebert sing at The Coffee Gallery in Altadena.
She has a wonderful voice and the music she has created is truly magical. It was a wonderful evening spent with friends and this great artist.
Threads of her music are still running through my mind. I sat and listened, feeling the melody and hearing the poetry of the lyrics and inspiration came, in the form of images and phrases. Not all music has the propensity to do this, but Danielle's music did.
A mighty fine evening!
